Yeah I noticed that on the nose as well… However, I like the idea of going back to fairings reducing the vibration along the edges rather than what it is currently. My 2011 zx10r race bike had bodywork that wrapped the edges of the windscreen and it was great at speed.
My 2015’ will have race bodywork soon without the extra piece along the edges of the windscreen using the stock one.
Sometimes 160+ “indicated”… my braking area is a bit tough since I have been there 3 times in 7 years lol.
Was at Pueblo Motorsports Park last Sunday, I ride a 2015 ZX10R… vid was taken using the gopro 4 silver and a gyrocam setup. Unfortunately the video resolution was adjusted by me a month back playing around and didn’t set it back.
I was die hard shoei fan, they make great helmets, but made my switch starting in 2012 to Scorpion. I run the track with the R2000 and street with the T1200. R2000 was great since it came with a clear and tinted visor, while the t1200 came with an awesome helmet bag.
t1200 also has cutouts for my sena as well, but at over 70mph, the wind noise gets a bit too loud to hear the sena. Still cant complain regarding either helmets and most of their lineup. They do exactly as advertised and quality is great. Price point, I don’t think they have any competition even remotely close to their price range.
Pit limiter, launch control, and quickshifter since the ECU already has it… a simple flash to get it unlocked currently. Projector headlights, adjustable electronic damper would be nice, go from street to track instead of having to purchase the Ohlins race smart scu. Also some of the electronics the R1m has would be nice as well haha.
Of course a higher line model would be nice with upgraded wheels/suspension.
Anyone around in Utah? Planning a group of us to head over that way for Sept 7th full course track day.
Yeah I remember many of us going to biketoberfest, deals gap trip, area 51 and many others, all the weekend rides heading out of Jax, Orange Park… great times we had.
I think my kids both have more total helmets than myself haha… Good luck in your search, maybe a local or online clearance area or craigslist?

Hey all… Was part of the WS back in the day when I lived in Jax. Rode an 01’ GSXR1k at the time, new todd and many others on here. Moved a way and met a couple here in Colorado that were on the site. Good to see it trying to make a revival. Went with the name of slo1299, and also some old slo names on here from back in the day.
